Hi, Ms. Sharon, you have been coming to All Smiles Dental for many years, and we’ve taken great care of you. Today we did a crown-in-a-day, and how was that experience?
It was good. Nobody enjoys coming to the dentist, but it’s been a comfortable experience, and I would trust you with anything that I need to do.
Before, whenever we would do crowns, we would prep teeth, we make a temporary crown. How excited are you not to wear a temporary crown and not have to come back for a second time.
I almost didn’t come back because I could not stand the impressions that you took and having to come back a second time for a shot, but when you told me you could do it all on one trip, that was the turning point right there where I was ready to do it.
And that is the truth. No one likes to come back for more shots. Nobody enjoys shots, and I wouldn’t say I like giving shots.
How was it when we used our digital scanner?
That was awesome. It’s just amazing how technology has come along. It’s amazing what you can do.

100%, you make it very easy. You’re nervous when you come, but by the time you are ready to leave, it’s a good experience.

I was a patient of Dr. Richardson from whose Dr. Suter bought the practice, and what a journey! During the transition of dentists, I had some concerns but they all ended when I walked in the door on my first visit. The way I was greeted at the reception desk, the way Dr. Suter stole my heart from the first visit with his continuing education hours, his kindness, and his genuine I found all of this in the first visit. I mean he has guided lead held my hand and been my rock through this whole process. Truthfully the extractions are 99.9 painless and the fact that Dr. Suter genuinely cares about that person in the chair.
When I first came I had some challenging issues, he took care of it – I don’t think anybody leaves once they come to him because he just treats you like royalty! We have a lot of good dentists here I am sure, but you know to me I would never leave here because he just – I don’t know he makes me feel very comfortable and I know that if he can’t do it he is going to recommend someone to do it and that is not beneath him, and I admire that quality.
Our family has been going to All Smiles Dental since way back in their old location. The treatment that I have received has always been very professional and very thoughtful. Dr. Suter is phenomenal – he has a real grasp of the importance of dentistry and the lives of average people even though they don’t understand it. We in America tend to forget that dental disease and infection is fatal for a lot of people overseas. This understanding of how important good dental health is I think perhaps a contributor to why Dr. Suter and his partner Dr Brown’s whole staff need an entire day off to donate to families working families, working individuals who don’t have dental coverage.
