Oral health issues that impact your smile
Many restorative treatments are just as beneficial for your oral health as they are for appearance. Orthodontic treatment can address crooked teeth and improve the appearance of your jaw, as well as improve your oral health. If you’re missing teeth, replacing them with dental implants can prevent bone loss and give you an entire set of teeth to show off when you smile. Cavities and gum disease can cause discoloration, bad breath and eventually lead to tooth loss if they aren’t addressed. Our practice will provide ongoing care to prevent issues and improve your oral health as soon as possible.
All Smiles Dental offers the All Smiles Dental Savings Plan and many financing options. The best dentistry in the world is pointless unless You can fit it comfortably into their budget. A case of teeth whitening with Emax crowns at All Dental Smiles
Hello, this is Dr. Suter from All Smiles Dental. Today, we will discuss a smile transformation from a trauma early in life.
This patient presented to my office; he had trauma to his front tooth, and the tooth has darkened over time.
We used a shade guide to help ascertain the shade of the tooth, and he presents to be about a C4.
The other teeth around it are not quite as dark, and we told him we could make the tooth match the rest of the smile, but he requested that his teeth be whiter and brighter.
We discussed having in-office whitening. With in-office whitening, you place a protective quoting over the top of the gums and apply whitening treatments for over an hour to get significantly whiter teeth.
As you can see, the whitening was a great success. We have gotten him from a C4 to a B1. But the tooth in the front that had the injury would not whiten more than what is seen.
The patient discussed the options and decided that he would like to have his two front teeth symmetric. We added two porcelain Emax crowns, and he was so ecstatic to have such beautiful white teeth.
When he smiles, he smiles with an open mouth and not just a closed mouth.
Often, when patients present to the office, they don’t know all of their options, and it is our job to explain everything. This gentleman is so excited to have the smile of his dreams.
